Pineapple Glazed Porkchops

It's still very much summer here in North Texas, but the evenings are nearly just-right! So, we've been firing up the grill. I have to say, these pork chops have probably been my favorite grilled goodie so far this summer! These were so sweet and juicy and EASY! With a simple salad on the side, this is a great midweek meal!

•5-6 thick cut, bone-in pork chops
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•1 cup fresh pineapple juice
•1/4 cup raw honey


  1. Rub the pork chops with the sea salt and garlic.
  2. Combine the pineapple juice and honey.
  3. Brush the pineapple mixture onto each side of the pork chops.
  4. Grill until done through!
