Berry & Beet Acai Bowl
I don't do smoothies and smoothies bowls like I used to. Let's face it, they're mostly a "more healthy" way to have a bowl of sugar. But I’m trying to get more beets in my diet! They’re full of iron, and for this autoimmune-induced anemic gal, I just can’t get enough of it!
You know what? I LOVE THIS BOWL! I didn’t even need to add anything type of sweetener...Just knowing it’s nutrient-dense makes it sweet enough on it’s own😉!
•1/4 cup coconut water or milk
•1 cup frozen blueberries
•1/2 cup frozen pineapple
•1 small red beet and greens
•1 unsweetened Acai packet
•1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
