Coconut Avocado Pudding

The soft food streak continues and I needed something at least slightly indulgent, so I whipped up some of this healthy fat and protein filled goodness. Velvety smooth with a wonderfully whipped texture, not to mention, so easy to make! Dairy free and refined sugar free, this is a good-for-you desert or treat!

•1 avocado
•1 can Coconut Cream (no water)
•1/2 -1 tbsp Raw Honey, to your preferred sweetness
•1/4 tsp Alcohol Free Vanilla
•1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for about 20 minutes, add desired toppings and serve!
