Key Lime Coconut Acai Bowl! Oral Surgery recovery calls for a liquid diet (or a mushy one), so time to break out the trusty acai bowl. Did you know that Acai actually has a decent healthy fat content?! Definitely a must-have to combat post surgery inflammation. I tossed in other healthy fats plus collagen to help my healing process along! Oh, and tons of greens that I can’t chew right now 🙈.
•1 packet unsweetened Acai Puree
•1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
•1 small avocado
•1/2 cup frozen blueberries
•Juice of 1/2 a key lime
•1/2 cup Baby Spinach
•1 celery stalk
•3-4 Medjool dates, to your preferred sweetness
•1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- Toss all ingredients in a high powered blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled.
