Spiced Cinnamon Plantains with Sweet Cream.jpg

The mighty Plantain! There is so much you can do with this fruit (or starch vegetable...the jury is out on which it is!). They can be served savory, grilled, roasted, fried, sweet.... and today I wanted sweet! So here we go! My husband knows my love language so well. He said "these taste just like cinnamon rolls! Or desert at a fancy restaurant!" Isn't he the sweetest?! Almost as sweet as this yummy little dish!
