"Chocolate" Probiotic Pudding
I thought a nice, Probiotic "chocolate" Pudding was appropriate in light of my gut-health post yesterday! Creamy, chocolatey, and still dairy, soy and refined-sugar free!
•1 can full fat coconut cream (just the cream part, leave the liquid out).
•1/2 large avocado
•2 tbsp honey
•2 tbsp Hydrolyzed Gelatin
•2 tbsp Cocoa powder
•1/2 tbsp liquid probiotic
- Smash avocado with a fork until smooth. Place in a mixing bowl.
- Combine all ingredients except probiotic. Using an electric mixer, mix completely.
- Add probiotic liquid and mix on low for about 30 seconds
- Pour into serving bowls and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
