"Chocolate" Probiotic Pudding

I thought a nice, Probiotic "chocolate" Pudding was appropriate in light of my gut-health post yesterday! Creamy, chocolatey, and still dairy, soy and refined-sugar free! 


•1 can full fat coconut cream (just the cream part, leave the liquid out).

•1/2 large avocado 

•2 tbsp honey

•2 tbsp Hydrolyzed Gelatin

•2 tbsp Cocoa powder

•1/2 tbsp liquid probiotic


  1. Smash avocado with a fork until smooth. Place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine all ingredients except probiotic. Using an electric mixer, mix completely. 
  3. Add probiotic liquid and mix on low for about 30 seconds
  4. Pour into serving bowls and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
