Warm Breakfast Porridge

Living a grain-free lifestyle means I’ve had to say goodbye to Oatmeal, but let me tell you, my guts are so much happier for it! And this easy, delicious porridge is the perfect replacement for my old morning oatmeal habit...creamy, warm and comforting!

•1 can Full Fat Coconut Cream
•5 tbsp Tigernut Flour
•4 tbsp finely shredded coconut
•3 tbsp unsweetened Apple Sauce
•1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
•1 tbsp Raw Honey

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat to medium, stirring well..
  2. Cook for a fee minutes until he consistency is “porridge” like!
  3. Serve warm topped with dried cranberries, almonds (AIP REINTRO), or your favorite toppings!
