Pumpkin Spice Fudge
I’m a pretty simple person. I don’t like complicated and I certainly don’t have time for it. So I’m always thrilled when I don’t have to invest a lot of time to get an INSANE desert to come out the first time I try!
Two of my favorites… pumpkin spice and fudge… all in one neat little package. One of my taste-testers said it’s like crust-free Pumpkin Pie, so you can guess what I’m gonna be working on next!
•1 1/4 cups Coconut Butter
•1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
•1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Raw Honey
•2 tsp Coconut Sugar
•1 tsp Cinnamon
•1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. It will begin to form a big “ball” of fudge.
Line a 4x4-ish pan/ glass baking dish with Parchment Paper.
Press the fudge mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut into squares (I also scrape the top to get that classic fudge appearance).
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Store in refrigerator
